This is an old stop-motion animated short that I made back in 2010. It was orginally supposed to be the first installment in a trilogy, but I never got around to making the other two shorts. The full title of this short is actually "Stanley the Cyclops in: 'Stanley Goes Caving'".

The short was originally filmed in the cupboard under the stairs at my parents' house during the late afternoon and early evening, which caused some of the later photos to be somewhat darker than the earlier ones. I tried to use a brightness filter while editing them together to recitify this, but ended up overdoing it a little bit (hence why the image suddenly jumps up in brightness later on).

Most of the sound effects I used either came from the old "Xiao Xiao Sound Pack" or were stock sound effects that came with the "The Games Factory" software years ago, although I did also use a sound effect from the old British stop-motion television series "The Trap Door" as well (specifically, the brief "Oh, Globbits!" dialogue).
