This one took me quite a while to do (longer than I had expected), and wound up being a bit more complex than I'd originally intended it to be. While some of the objects in the scene (table lamp, door+frame+hinges+knob, carpet) came about as the result of following tutorials, others (walls, ceiling, table, vase, picture frame, skirting) were the result of me using the knowledge I had acquired thus far to create something somewhat original. Overall, I'm fairly satisfied with the end result.

For those interested, the illustration in the picture frame is "Hawthornden Castle, near Edinburgh" by Alexander Nasmyth, and is part of the Public Domain. Incidentally, the texture on the lamp shade is also a Public Domain image.
